about us

The family-run 500-acre farm is located in St. Eugene, Ontario in Canada. The Skotidakis family operates a cheese and dairy production facility of 24 000 square feet. Peter Skotidakis purchased the farm in 1975 and started his dream project with only 20 goats. He began experimenting with the milk to produce feta, a popular cheese produced in Greece from goats' milk.

Skotidakis introduced his cheese to local markets and restaurants in Montreal, a multi-cultural city about 70 km away. As demand for his product grew, the herd swelled to over 3000 goats.

Over the years, the Skotidakis family has concentrated on improving and increasing their products. Today, their product line includes feta cheese, ricotta cheese, pressed yogurt and tzatziki, a yogurt-based spread of garlic and cucumber. Skotidakis products are sold across Canada and in various parts of the United States.
