Feta and Mint Dip

Around 500 ml (2 cups)

Ingredients

  • 250 ml (1 cup) SKOTIDAKIS plain Greek yogurt
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) mayonnaise
  • 170 ml (2/3 cup) SKOTIDAKIS feta, crumbled
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) fresh mint
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients in a food processor until well-blended.
  2. Chill 30 minutes.
