Feta and Mint Dip
Around 500 ml (2 cups)
Ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup) SKOTIDAKIS plain Greek yogurt
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) mayonnaise
- 170 ml (2/3 cup) SKOTIDAKIS feta, crumbled
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) fresh mint
- 2 green onions, minced
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Directions
- Mix ingredients in a food processor until well-blended.
- Chill 30 minutes.
