Melon Feta Kebabs
Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 1/4 watermelon
- 200 g (1/2 lb) SKOTIDAKIS feta, diced
- 1/2 cantaloupe
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
- Fresh basil
Directions
- Cut watermelon and cantaloupe melon into cubes and wrap in prosciutto strips.
- Assemble kebabs by alternating ingredients.
