Melon Feta Kebabs

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 1/4 watermelon
  • 200 g (1/2 lb) SKOTIDAKIS feta, diced
  • 1/2 cantaloupe
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
  • Fresh basil

Directions

  1. Cut watermelon and cantaloupe melon into cubes and wrap in prosciutto strips.
  2. Assemble kebabs by alternating ingredients.
