Ingredients

1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes (preserved in oil)

1 pack of 250 g SKOTIDAKIS cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup of fresh basil, finely chopped

3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper

1 tsp of hot red pepper sauce

Preparation

In a bowl, puree all the ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve with baguette or pita crisps.
