Ingredients

  • 1 cup northern shrimps
  • 1 lime
  • 1/2 cup fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup sweetened and grilled coco flakes
  • 1/2 cup salted sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup Skotidakis 9% Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. sriracha sauce

Preparation

Prepare a sriracha yogurt sauce by mixing 125 ml of Skotidakis 9% Greek Yogurt and 2 tablespoons of sriracha.

In separate dishes, put: lime (with rind) cut in cubes of half a centimetre, ginger (without rind) cut in cubes of half a centimetre, sweetened and grilled coconut flakes, salted sunflower seeds, northern shrimps and the sriracha yogurt sauce.

Put 1 piece of each ingredient inside a Betle or Shiso leaf or on an unsalted rice cracker with a dash of sauce.
