Crumbled Feta

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. milk
  • 1 tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 10 spinach leaves
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 50 g Skotidakis Crumbled Feta Cheese


Sauté onions in olive oil until lightly coloured. Add the spinach and Skotidakis Crumbled Feta Cheese. Drain, pepper and set aside. Beat together the eggs and the milk and cook in a non-stick skillet over low heat. Do not flip the omelet. When the omelet is almost cooked, add the feta-spinach-onion mixture and roll up the omelet to enclose the mixture. The eggs will continue cooking and seal the omelet while enclosing the mixture.
