Skotidakis Salmon Sauce for Pasta

  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/3 cup Italian parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/3 cup fresh dill
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 325 g salmon, skin removed
  • 1 cup Skotidakis 9% Greek Yogurt
  • 1/3 cup Skotidakis Cream Cheese
  • 1/3 cup white wine
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 350 g pasta of your choice
  • 4 white mushrooms


Sauté the red onions and sliced mushrooms in olive oil until slightly coloured. Add chunks of salmon, garlic, parsley, half of the dill, white wine and the juice of half a lemon, with pulp. Cook for 5 minutes. Add the Skotidakis Cream Cheese and Skotidakis 9% Greek Yogurt, and mix until creamy. Continue cooking for 5 more minutes. At the very end, add the remaining fresh dill.
