Q1:What types of products do you produce?
We specialize in producing authentic Greek products such as Greek yogurt, Feta cheese & Tzatziki. We also produce a variety of yogurt-based dips. Please refer to our products page.
Q2:Why buy SKOTIDAKIS Greek yogurt?
We make our Yogurt the way Greek yogurt has always been made. It is simply strained, hence naturally thickened. Ready to serve.
Q3:Why are the protein and calcium content twice as high in SKOTIDAKIS Greek yogurt?
The traditional method to make Greek yogurt allows for concentration of protein content by removing excess whey liquid. In more simple terms it takes three times as much milk to make Greek yogurt versus regular yogurt.
Q4:Are there probiotics in your Greek yogurt and yogurt-based dips?
Yes. We employ the use of the finest ingredients in the manufacturing of our yogurt and to that end we use the universally recognized yogurt strains: Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus. In addition to that, we also use the following 2 strains of probiotics to make our yogurt: Lactobacillus Acidophilus and Bifidobacterium Lactis.
Q5:Do you use any artificial sweeteners in your flavored yogurt products?
No. We prefer to abstain from the use of sweeteners such as aspartame and sucralose.
Q6:Can I eat your yogurt-based products if I am lactose intolerant?
Lactose intolerance stems from ones inability to digest lactose, which is natural milk sugar, found in dairy products. Active dairy cultures in our yogurt and yogurt-based dips aid the absorption of lactose hence easing the digestive process. We recommend trying smaller portions to help you determine your own digestive threshold.
You can now try our lactose free greek yogurts at participating stores in Quebec.
Q7:Are your products gluten-free?
We currently claim our Feta cheese, yogurts and dips to be gluten free.
Q8:Can I eat your yogurt-based products if I am a vegetarian?
Our products are an excellent choice for vegetarians as they are a great source of protein. Our products are free of any animal-based thickeners.

Q10:Can I freeze your products?
